The car's vehicle identification number (VIN) is the identifying code for a SPECIFIC automobile. The VIN serves as the car's fingerprint, as no two vehicles in operation have the same VIN. A VIN is composed of 17 characters (digits and capital letters) that act as a unique identifier for the vehicle. It is pretty much the same as your ID number and is unique to you.

Excellent question. We ask for your vehicles VIN number because sometimes part is manufactured specifically for your car and it is very important to us that we supply you the correct part the first time round.

You cars VIN number will either be located at the bottom of your windscreen on the passengers side (if you are in SA) or it will always be on your license disc. Don’t get mixed up between your VIN number and your engine number, they are very different.

Unfortunately we only sell the parts that could repair your vehicle but we can refer you to a trusted technician that specialises in the brand. We also know a technical thing or two and will advise should we feel there is something fishy going on.
