Shipping Policy

We do offer paid for shipping should you wish to make use of our courier service. Our official courier partner is The Courier Guy. You can also make use of you own courier service.

Should you wish to make use of our shipping, the following should be noted.

1. Shipping rates & costs

    We have three option that we offer and are as follows:
  1. Class 1 – anything that fits into a flyer back up to 5kg’s.
  2. Class 2 – anything over 5kg – 10kg’s albeit wight or volumetric
  3. Class 3 – anything over 10kg’s or larger volumetric

Please be aware that all goods in transit will be insured as per the terms and conditions of The Courier Guy: https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/terms-conditions/ SECTION 13.

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

We make use of economy door-to-door delivery service which is the most cost effective for you as a customer. All delivery times will be during business hours, Monday to Fridays or subject to The Courier Guy terms and conditions.

Delivery after hours, weekends or public holidays do not fall under the shipping methods used on this site.

You will also be provided a tracking number of which you will be able to track on the courier services website. Should you experience any difficulty doing this, you can contact customer care on hiccup@pro-parts.co.za.

3. Shipping restrictions

All shipping options available on this site are for the use within the boarders of South Africa. Should you wish to ship internationally, you will need to arrange your own services with collection from our warehouse: Unit 7 Jurg Business Park, Jurg Ave, Hennopspark, Centurion, South Africa.

We do not delivery to PO Box addresses.

4. Missing or lost packages

Should a package get lost or go missing, you will be able to query this directly with The Courier Guy directly by means of their site www.thecourierguy.co.za. Should you not get any success, you may request assistance by contacting our customer car at hiccup@pro-parts.co.za. Always keep your courier tracking number available should you wish to query a missing or lost parcel.

5. International shipping

We do not offer international shipping; this will need to be arranged from the buyer. We will make every effort from our side to ensure that the parcel is protected for shipping purposes.

6. Return and exchange information

Should you wish to return or exchange any item, please refer to our return policy.

Return Policy

All products purchased on our site, www.pro-parts.co.za are subject to the return policy set out below.

1. Return Process

Should you wish to return items purchased, kindly notify us immediately by means of an email to hiccup@pro-parts.co.za with the subject line “Return” with your reference number. This number will be the number you received when making the purchase on our site.

Please allow us 2 business days to attend to your return query.

To speed up the return process, always make sure that you provide a reason for the return and ensure that it falls inline with the return restrictions and conditions below.

2. Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. You will have the option to receive “store credit” of a refund into your bank account. Refunds will be done via EFT into your bank account. You will need to provide us with a proof of bank account with a copy of your identity document. Please allow 3 business days to allow the fands to reflect should you wish to use this method.

3. Restrictions & Conditions

All products are to be return in their original packaging and not damaged. We will not facility any return should this be the case.

Should the product be defective, Professional Parts will accept the product back if it was correctly fitted by a qualified individual and subject to investigation from our side. Further details will be communicated and taken on the merit of each case.

Should you wish to return the product for the reason of no longer needing, incorrectly ordered, and or any fault on your part, then we will accept the return with a surcharge of 25% of the value of the product and you will be responsible for the shipment of the product to our offices.

All electrical items are not subject to be returned.

Please be advised no shipping fees will be refunded at all unless it has been agreed by both parties and is subject to the merit of the return.
